#End FGM Campaign – Iworoko-Ekiti

During one of enlightenment sessions with the teachers of Onward Nursery and primary school Iworoko-Ekiti through the #AntiFGMClub project , with support from The New Generation Girls & Women Development Initiative (NIGAWD) UNFPA
One of teachers shared โBeyond the known impact of FGM, I think it has cultural and social impact. Both impacts are strong one and it should be reasons why FGM should be culturally and socially stopped.โ
We must all be involved in ending female genital mutilation in our locality. Understanding the impact of FGM will make us take active action in ending female genital mutilated.
