GoldHeart Foundation’s two representatives Abayomi Oyinlola and Oluwatoyin Rebecca participated in a two-day capacity-building training for staff, volunteers, and development organization, seeking to:

🔘To improve the knowledge and skills of employees to match the various changes in their job description

🔘To positively affect the productivity of workforce, which can increase the profits/efficiency of the organization

🔘To reinforce the necessity of meeting goals and help workforce better understand what is expected of them

🔘To boost their morale and help them gain confidence in their skills and ability to deliver on their given role.
