Our team had the privilege of visiting the Official Visit to Management of Intensive Excellence College of Advanced Studies. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the college coordinator, Mr. Thomas Oluwatobiloba, and his dedicated staff.
During our visit, the management of Intensive Excellence College of Advanced Studies expressed their appreciation for the work carried out by the Goldheart Foundation. The coordinator specifically highlighted that their objectives closely align with ours, particularly in terms of supporting underprivileged individuals in their educational pursuits. As a gesture of solidarity, they pledged to provide assistance to our candidates by offering free Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) lessons and reducing the enrollment fees for our candidates taking the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) and other external exams. In response to their generous offer, we pledged our support to empower the less privileged students at their institute.
Our executive director took the opportunity to inform and educate the students about the work we do at the Goldheart Foundation. He specifically highlighted our efforts in addressing gender-based violence (GBV) and sensitized the students on the importance of reporting incidents through the GBV reporting pathway.
This collaboration aims to create a mutually beneficial relationship where both organizations can work together to uplift individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds and provide them with educational opportunities.
