Volunteers

Volunteer Crush Wednesday

Today, we want to give a big shout-out to an amazing person who has dedicated her time and energy to supporting and mentoring the children in our organization – Oyeyemi Iseoluwa Esther

Esther is a creative writer, spoken word person, researcher, social worker, an advocate of SDG 3, and student nurse.

She is a student of the Ekiti State University Teaching Hospital, School of Nursing and Midwifery, Ado Ekiti, where she is receiving training to be a nurse.

She loves reading, teaching, watching movies, and researching health-related topics.

According to her, volunteerism is simply learning to make an impact.
In her word:

“Coming into GHF was one of the best decision for me; I came at a time when I wanted to go beyond the four walls of classes, and the moments with GHF has been amazing.
Volunteering at GHF has widened my horizon towards life in general. It brought me to a level of selflessness, consistency, and hard work”.

Esther believes volunteering is a step towards unleashing one’s ability and capacity.

We at Goldheart Foundation are grateful for all that you do.
