Earlier today, the GoldHeart Foundation team paid a courtesy visit to @crystal__clothings. The creative director, Mrs. Ayodeji Akande welcomed our team with so much excitement and commended our organization as an NGO that has been consistent with the well-being of children over the years and how she has been looking for an opportunity to volunteer.

We discussed our empowerment Project “Hand on Spindle” aimed at empowering low-income adolescents and caregivers with relevant skills to reduce economic over-dependence and make them self-reliant through holistic approaches.

She said, “I love giving back to society which I learned from my grandma, that has paved way for me over time and I would love to keep that going by collaborating with GoldHeart Foundation through Crystal Clothings by empowering vulnerable adolescents and caregivers that are serious-minded, with tailoring and branding skills to give them a source of livelihood. I will appreciate both genders; we make both male and female (unisex) wears.”

This was a dream come true for us as our team appreciated the creative director with so many positive gestures.
