Capacity-building workshop on harmonized reporting tools for human trafficking
Our Executive Director, Dowole Gold Moyinoluwa took part in a comprehensive 5-day capacity-building workshop aimed at enhancing harmonized reporting tools for the implementation of the National Action Plan. This workshop brought together NAPTIP officers, state task forces on human trafficking, and civil society organizations (CSOs). It was organized by Naptip Nigeria and UNODC – United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, with funding from Switzerland the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs and took place from February 3rd to 7th, 2025, in Lagos.
As an organization, we are committed to continually strengthening our capacity to combat human trafficking. We will also be conducting step- training sessions for NACTAL members to enhance their skills and knowledge in combating human trafficking. This aims to ensure that all members are well-equipped with the necessary tools and strategies to effectively implement our efforts.
By enabling collaboration and enhancing our reporting mechanisms, we will improve our ability to monitor and address human trafficking issues in our communities.
