As the year begins, capacity building and training are crucial for the effective functioning and success of our organization’s performance, ensuring the achievement of tangible results over time and the responsible use of our resources.

Our staff member, Pamilerin Oluwasanmi, participated in the annual retreat organized by Kidsnteensngo During the retreat, various topics were covered, including project management concepts, basic research and analysis, idea conceptualization, monitoring and evaluation, accountability and learning strategies, as well as community mobilization.

This experience was not only a refreshing opportunity for knowledge but also a chance to network with other NGOs.
