SSBs Consumption Reduction Campaign

GoldHeart Foundation (GHF) and Disability Not A Barrier Initiative engaged with the caregivers of Mosadoluwa Orphanage Home to discuss the impact of excessive consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages (SSBs). Our Executive Director provided an overview of SSBs, while public health professional Pharm. Omotayo Faith delved into their effects on children and caregivers. He encouraged everyone to reduce their intake and opt for healthier alternatives like water and fruits.

The caregivers actively participated by asking questions, and we were glad to provide insightful answers. They expressed gratitude to the organization for bringing such valuable information to their home.

As an organization, we remain committed to advocating for a healthier society and safeguarding the well-being of our children.
