🌍✏️ Earlier today, we had the privilege of commemorating the International Day of Education with the theme “Learning for Lasting Peace.” We were honored to engage in a discussion on Education and Peace with two remarkable students, Courage G. (11 years old) and Glory O. (12 years old), on air Midas Radio 90.5 FM Ado-Ekiti.

During the conversation, Courage and Glory eloquently expressed their thoughts on the significance of the International Day of Education and emphasized the vital role of peace in the educational process. They also shared their perspectives on what they would do if they were teachers for a day. Both students highlighted the importance of fostering tolerance and empathy among students to promote a peaceful learning environment.

After the session, as a token of appreciation, we presented Courage and Glory with six pens and one notebook each support their educational journey. We were truly inspired by Courage and Glory’s insights and passion for education and peace. It was a remarkable day spent with these exceptional students.
