📣 Earlier today, we had the privilege of paying a courtesy visit to the Ekiti Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ). The executive warmly welcomed the GoldHeart Foundation with great enthusiasm!
🤝 During our visit, we emphasized the pivotal role that media plays in our work and the significance of forging strong partnerships. We had the pleasure of engaging with the chairman, Mr. Kayode Babatuyi, who graciously commended our organization’s remarkable efforts in the community, despite our limited resources. It was truly an honor to receive such recognition.
💪 Furthermore, we are immensely proud to be the first NGO to visit the NUJ, and acknowledgment recognition meant a lot to us and served as a testament to the importance of our visit and the impact we made.
🤝 In a remarkable display of solidarity, the NUJ pledged their support for our organization’s community initiatives. They expressed their commitment to amplifying our efforts through their media platforms and expressed a desire to partner with us in our empowerment programs and other interventions.
🌟 We are deeply grateful to the NUJ for their warm reception and their belief in our mission. Together, we will continue to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals and communities.
