Earlier today, GoldHeart Foundation Officially Visits
NDLEA (National Drug Law Enforcement Agency)Ndlea Ekiti State Command . Our team was warmly received by the dedicated and passionate officers of NDLEA, who are tirelessly working towards combating drug abuse and trafficking in our community.

During our visit, the Commander of Narcotics, Ekiti commander, Mr. Anthony Ariyo , Deputy, Mr. Folayemi Gabriel and other officers share their success stories and challenges faced, particularly the lack of rehabilitation centers in the state. We had the opportunity to discuss collaborative efforts aimed at creating awareness, prevention, and rehabilitation programs to address the pressing issue of drug abuse among young people in Ekiti State through our #DrugPreventionInitiative (DPI). 💪🏼🚫💊

The officers commended our organization being the first NGO to engage in conversation with them extensively. We are impressed by the commitment and resilience demonstrated by the NDLEA Ekiti team, and we look forward to working hand in hand with them to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals affected by substance abuse.

A heartfelt thank you to the NDLEA Ekiti State for their warm hospitality and for giving us information education communication (IECs) materials for our sensitization program. 🙏🏽
